The pool, grounds and hot tub are lovely. The condo was very clean, and the staff was friendly. The decor is terrible, with different patterns on the floor, tile, chairs and art. I’m not sure what they were going for, but it wasn’t calm or serene. Also, the coffee pots and poor water quality, made terrible coffee, even after using local, freshly ground coffee. We had 3 units and they all had the same coffee pots. Even with purchased water and coffee , they made terrible coffee.

The fact that the kitchen cabinets were fully stocked with dishes was great. But, the only way to cook was a microwave. Small bar sized sink for washing dishes, no dish drainer. The room itself was wonderful and the staff great. But, I agreed to a presentation and was told I would have my choice between RCI or $125 on an AMEX. I told the Concierge I preferred the AMEX as I was an owners' guest and would never use the RCI. Had a great conversation with Gary at World Mark but when I went to check out of the presentation, the receptionist told me she had already put me in for the RCI. I explained to her it wasn't what I had asked for and she said it was too late. I immediately went to the Concierge at Orange Tree Resort and told them what had transpired. I went back almost daily during the 10 days I was there in an effort to get this resolved. Each time someone would be emailed or called only to be told so and so was working on it. The night b4 I checked out, I was told I would have my card the next day. The next day (after I had checked out), I received a phone call telling me they had emailed access. It wasn't on an AMEX. It was a gift card with selective access. I chose Amazon but am still trying to figure out how to use it!

Nice room, pool and spa and patio. BBQs available fairly close to rooms. Only negative was all the televisions were down all 4 days we were here and we could not cast either.

My daughter and I stayed for two nights, we were very happy with our room. The rooms are very spacious nice and clean, full kitchen and all the amenities were great! Close to downtown Scottsdale with nice places to have dinner.

My husband and I recently celebrated our honeymoon at this lovely location, and we truly enjoyed our stay! The proximity to fantastic restaurants was a delightful bonus. Alejandro was exceptionally kind and attentive, assisting us with everything we needed during our visit. Our room was spacious and well-equipped, making our experience effortless. We also appreciated the serene and clean pool area, perfect for relaxation. There were a couple of drawbacks worth mentioning. Firstly, I advise against getting involved in the timeshare presentation, as they offer a free gift for attending but can be quite persistent if you decide to decline. It took a call to management to express our wishes, and unfortunately, I still faced attempts to sell after that. (all within 24 hours of being there). Ultimately, I had to visit in person for a refund and to ensure our privacy was respected. Once that was resolved, however, the staff was attentive to our limited time. Additionally, please note that the daily internet fees are not worth it, as we found the service to be inadequate. This limited our ability to enjoy TV and made it challenging to communicate via messages or book rides with services like Waymo and Uber. Despite these minor inconveniences, I would return to this location in a heartbeat.

TVs aren't capable of vcast/ Chromecast and the Internet isn't fast enough to stream with a Roku stick. As for service and location this resort is very close to about anything you need and the staff are knowledgeable about activities going on around town. If maintenance or staff is needed they are fairly quick to help out upon request. I would give this resort a 5 star review if they fix the TV/internet issue however that's going to cost a pretty penny for all new Roku smart TVs and to increase the Internet speed so every room sees at least 150 mbps (currently 43 mbps) so streaming services can be used.
